This 2006 Hummer H1 Alpha is an open-top model finished in yellow over black leather. Now showing 29k miles, it is powered by a 6.6L Duramax turbo-diesel V8 paired with an Allison 5-speed automatic transmission. A factory bench seat between the two rear buckets allows for six total occupants, and modifications include an upgraded sound/entertainment system and additional exterior lighting. Four new tires were installed less than 200 miles ago, and the selling dealer had an oil and fluid service completed in recent weeks. This H1 Alpha is now offered with a clean Carfax report, factory books, service records, and a clean New York title.
With just 729 units built, the Alpha model represented the final iteration of the Hummer H1, which ended production in 2006. Compared with the prior model, the Alpha featured a new powertrain, special steel in the frame, revised steering, redesigned hubs with quieter helical gears, an updated electrical system, and more. This example is finished in Competition Yellow (Y27). The seller had two doors repainted, and remaining blemishes in the finish are detailed in the photo gallery below. The seller also notes that the front brush bar is bent. The included Carfax report is free of accidents or other damage.
Auxiliary PIAA driving lights have been mounted at the front. A removable canvas top covers the roof and rear cargo area. The H1 Alpha features approximately 16″ of ground clearance and rides on 17″ forged-aluminum beadlock wheels with a Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS) for adjusting tire pressures from inside the vehicle. A set of four new 37″x12.5″ Goodyear Wrangler MT/R tires were reportedly mounted less than 200 miles ago, and each corner is detailed in the gallery.
The added upper rear bench seat pictured above increases seating capacity to six. The four outboard seats feature black leather with embroidered Alpha logos and gray piping. An upgraded stereo/entertainment system includes a touchscreen Kenwood navigation head unit, satellite radio receiver, a stereo equalizer, and Kenwood screens built into the front seat headrests.
Factory equipment includes heated front seats, air conditioning, auxiliary instrumentation, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel along with power windows, mirrors, and locks.
Just over 29k miles are shown on the digital odometer, with approximately 150 added by the seller in the past three months.
Under the clamshell hood is a 6.6L Duramax turbo-diesel V8 sending power to all four wheels through an Allison 5-speed automatic transmission and 4×4 transfer case. Output when new was listed as 300 horsepower at 3,000 rpm and 520 lb-ft of torque at 1,600 rpm. The factory service booklet shows maintenance stamps, and an engine oil and fluid service was performed under current ownership.

The accident-free Carfax report shows four owners with events in Texas, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, and New Jersey. Odometer readings are consistent, and several service records also are displayed.
