Clean title in hand 47xxx miles (15k on motor replaced under warranty by Subaru) Two owners No accidents Two sets of keys

Exterior condition 8/10. A few minor scratches and one very small dent on rear door. Scratches on front bumper that are mostly covered by front lip.

Interior condition 9/10. Minor wear on driver seat bolster.

Bought used in 2016 with 30k miles. While stock had a rod bearing failure @31.5k. Engine and turbo replaced under warranty by Subaru (have all the paperwork).

Since then I’ve done upgrades to the oiling system which include: Grimmspeed AOS separator KillerB oil baffle KillerB oil pickup Shell Rotella T6 oil

Other reliability parts included with the sale but not installed are: DOM cylinder 4 cooling kit Prosport oil pressure gauge

Wheels/tires: Avid AV28 18x9.5 +35. No curb rash or any damage Bridgestone Potenza RE760 275/35/18. Recently flipped inside/outside. Should be able to get another 15k out of them. TPMS Volk lug nuts

The car is a very fun and reliable daily. It spends 99% of the time in the medium (14 psi) map. Has had zero issues since the new engine. Car has never been tracked. It has been garaged most of the time while I’ve owned it. Only selling to buy another car, M3 or 911, something RWD.
