Evo 9 MR 47k Miles & Built

For sale I have my 2006 Lancer Evolution 9 MR. It has actually a little under 47,000 miles. I purchased the car from a gentleman last year in Pennsylvania. Car was already completely built by Tom at TSComptuned. Since owning it, I rarely ever drive it. It practically sits in my garage and just collects dust. I simply just want to see it go to someone who has the time to enjoy the car. Car has a lot of money into it and I have a lot of the receipts as well. Additionally, I attached a link that shows it's progression with Tom as it was being built and tuned. When I brought the car back to CT, I had some stuff swapped out and re-tuned on 93 pump gas only. The car does have a flex fuel system to run both, but currently only one map is available. It made 452whp on a mustang dyno. I can't really think of any cons with the car. It runs strong and smooth as can be. The car is a 13 year old car and the paint is original. The paint isn't perfect as it shows for it's age. There are chips on the front bumper as well as near both rear fenders. Otherwise, the paint is in good condition. The only other thing that I could note is that the leather is starting to split at the seams on the steering wheel. Overall, the car is well taken care off. The car does have a lien on it, but something can always be worked out.
