Chequered Flag International is pleased to offer this 1965 Volkswagen Type 2 Single-Cab Pickup. Finished in Velvet Green (L-512) with Grey vinyl interior. Original rust and accident free example that was the beneficiary of a full rotisserie restoration a number of years ago. Very little use since with seemingly still fresh paint. Perfectly straight body with the bed inside the 'treasure chest' engine compartment matching the quality finish seen all around. The interior quality matches the exterior, as well. Lovely, unworn seats, floors, gauges, roof, etc. Wood insert slats along the truck bed are beautifully finished, as well as the bed itself. This is easily one of the best Type 2 Pickups we've seen in the past few years.
